
Introduction
As an associate coach with NEO Leaders, I provided executive coaching as part of an organisation-wide initiative at a leading international business school. Each of the 12 participants engaged in two 60-minute coaching sessions, informed by insights gained from their NEO-PI-R personality assessment and debrief.
Coaching Approach
I used a personalised, human-centred approach with a focus on strengths. Each session built on the individual’s personality profile, exploring how their unique traits shaped their leadership style, relationships, and professional goals.
Outcome
The coaching supported participants’ professional development by deepening self-awareness, highlighting opportunities for growth, and encouraging practical application of personality insights in their leadership practice.
