I draw on my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology to help people and teams flourish. By focusing on strengths, meaning, optimism, and wellbeing, I support sustainable performance, motivation, and resilience.

Together, we build self-awareness, clarify purpose, and turn insights into meaningful, actionable growth — for you and the people you lead.

2. Behavioural Science

Action and Sustainable Change

I focus on what we do — how small, consistent actions create lasting change. Using Acceptance and Commitment Coaching and Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, I help leaders stay present, take values-aligned action, and manage challenging thoughts and emotions.

Step by step, we reinforce habits and behaviours that create forward momentum and lasting transformation.

3. Humanistic Approach

Authenticity, Connection and Whole-Person Growth

I use a humanistic approach that recognises the whole person — their values, emotions, and unique potential. Grounded in empathy and authenticity, I create a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

Drawing on my MA in Strategic Communication and coaching experience with INSEAD leadership programmes, I help leaders communicate with clarity, influence effectively, and build trust across teams and organisations.
