About Kelly

Work can be meaningful, energising, and sustainable - but in complex roles and demanding environments, it doesn’t always feel that way.
I work with ambitious professionals, leaders, and organisations who want to perform well without sacrificing wellbeing, values, or authenticity. Through evidence-based coaching and strategic advisory, I support people to navigate pressure, complexity, and change with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
My work sits at the intersection of performance and wellbeing - helping individuals thrive in their roles and organisations create conditions where people can do their best work.
Based in Switzerland, I work with clients and organisations worldwide.
My Experience
My commitment to this work is both professional and personal.
I bring over 20 years of coaching experience across corporate leadership, communications, and coaching psychology. Earlier in my career, I worked closely with senior leaders and executive teams in international organisations, supporting engagement, leadership development, and organisational change.
Alongside this, I’ve worked extensively with individuals navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, and periods of uncertainty - both as an in-house career coach and in private practice.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand the powerful and often transformative impact that coaching can have - not just on performance, but on confidence, decision-making, relationships, and wellbeing. My clients work with me from around the world, and many achieve outcomes they hadn’t initially thought possible.
I’m also a long-term coaching client myself. Coaching has supported me through important professional and personal decisions, and I continue to work with my own coaches and coaching psychology supervisors to ensure I bring self-awareness, depth, and rigour to my work.
My Coaching Style & Approach
My coaching style is calm, warm, structured, and psychologically informed. Clients often describe the work as both supportive and challenging - a space that feels safe, yet purposeful.
I draw on coaching psychology and positive psychology, alongside acceptance-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and humanistic approaches. My work is values- and strengths-based, and increasingly informed by nervous system awareness, recognising the role of stress, emotion, and regulation in leadership and performance.
Whether I’m working 1:1 with a leader or supporting an organisation, my focus is always on creating insight and sustainable change, in a way that feels practical, human, and grounded in real-world contexts.
I’m deeply committed to continuous professional development, coaching psychology supervision, and reflective practice, and I hold myself to high ethical and professional standards.
Working at Scale
While much of my work is delivered through highly personalised 1:1 coaching, I also support larger organisational initiatives.
For projects at scale - such as leadership development and workplace wellbeing programmes, organisational change, or multi-leader coaching - I collaborate with a trusted network of highly qualified coaching psychologists and specialist consultants. These are experienced, values-aligned professionals with deep expertise across leadership, wellbeing, organisational & coaching psychology, and behavioural change.
This collaborative approach ensures that organisations receive the right depth, breadth, and quality of support, while maintaining the same care, rigour, and evidence-based standards that underpin my individual work.

Why I Do This Work
Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced periods of pressure, uncertainty, and misalignment in my own career. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what truly helps people navigate complexity at work - and what doesn’t.
Today, I feel incredibly fortunate and privileged to do work that is fully aligned with my values, strengths, and interests. I gain genuine energy and satisfaction from partnering with clients as they develop greater self-trust, clarity, and capability, and from seeing the ripple effects this creates in their teams, organisations, and lives.
A few things about me...

My husband, two young daughters, our sweet Golden Retriever Leo and I live on the outskirts of a small village near the picturesque town of Baden in Switzerland.

Originally from Australia, I spent my formative years in Brisbane and Sydney and moved to Switzerland when I was 30.

At the age of 23, I immersed myself in Japanese culture, living in Japan to enhance my language skills and fulfil a lifelong fascination.

Exploring the Alps and uncovering the wonders of Europe with my family brings me immense joy.

I graduated from my MSc Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology at the age of 47.

... and I earned a Chartership of Coaching Psychology with the British Psychological Society when I was 50.
