Through insights from Coaching Psychology, Humanistic approaches, Cognitive-Behavioural methods, ACT, and Positive Psychology, I’ve created a coaching engagement framework to guide you through meaningful, sustainable growth.

Step 1: Establish Objectives & Expectations

Building trust, safety, and shared purpose

We start by creating a space where you feel understood and supported. Together, we clarify what matters most to you, set intentions, and align on how we’ll work together. This is about building a strong foundation rooted in empathy, authenticity, and mutual trust and respect.

Step 2: Define Meaningful Goals

With a clear sense of direction from developing your coaching goals, we explore practical, personalised actions that help you make lasting progress. Using mindful, flexible, and habit-focused strategies, we move from intention to action – with me supporting you every step of the way.
