30-minute initial consultation &
getting started
This is where you can share your goals, make sure we are the right fit to work together and discuss the best package or product to meet your needs.
After we’ve had our consultation and you’ve decided to work with me, you’ll share your objectives and expectations for working together, then I’ll send you some customised exercises to complete before your first session.

Regular online coaching sessions and customised materials and resources
You’ll have an online session every 1-2 weeks and will very likely receive evidence-based assignments from me that are relevant to your goals.
Based on your individual requirements, I’ll provide you with positive psychology-based exercises, worksheets and other resources to support your development and help you move towards your goals.

Final Session and Follow Up Call
In our last session, we’ll discuss new goals and action steps for you to continue your positive momentum. You’ll also reflect on what you’ve achieved and learned about yourself during the coaching process. This is also a wonderful moment to take a step back and celebrate the personal progress that you’ve achieved.
And in our 30 minute follow-up call approximately a month after your coaching is complete, I’ll check in and see how you’re progressing and that you have all the tools you need to continue progressing towards your goals.
